We always want to make sure that you and your pup are looked after to the highest standard. To ensure this, please read over our Terms and Conditions.
Temperament: for our safety and the safety of your dog, you agree to inform us prior to any grooming service if your pet has previously displayed any aggressive behaviour including any particular triggers which cause your pet to act aggressively.
We may attempt to groom your pet making use of a soft muzzle or by skipping stressful procedures such as nail trimming or blow drying. We will always try to rehabilitate them to enjoy the grooming process.
If the groom takes longer than the standard allocated slot due to poor behaviour, additional charges may apply. ($20.00 per 15 mins)
Brushing Matted Hair/Matted Hair Removal: In the event you bring your pet to be groomed and they have a matted coat, they may need shaving or additional brushing or clipping. Matted animals may take addition time to groom therefore additional fee will be added to the regular grooming price. ($20.00 per 15 mins)
Cancellation Policy: In the event you provide 24 hours or more notice of cancellation you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Should you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the grooming price quoted. This can be paid by bank transfer or added to your next grooming visit.
Additional Fees: Additional fees may be added to any Grooming and Hydro Bath service if your pooch is severely matted, a specialist shampoo is required, for specialist clips, breed specific trims and snap on blades.
